In my fourth piece in the series “B-Sides” I have taken patterns from frozen tundra and organic shapes from other aerial imagery to create a colorful piece. To flock is to deposit small particles to create texture on an object, here I am using that method with my layers of imagery to create movement. I also incorporate the use of interference colors - in one light the top layer shimmers and as you walk away it changes.
